Good use of a QOOP photo store

We saw these cool posters being made by Nick and asked him about them. Here's the story:

he organization leading this effort is One Village Planet and you can get more information from their website here:

http://www.onevillageplanet.org/
It is a 501(c)(3) registered tax-deductible organization working with coastal communities and fisher groups to look for solutions to preserve mangroves and coastal ecosystems in the North of the country. With the fishing areas suffering from serious overfishing, fish stocks have declined and the communities are losing their livelihoods. Mangroves are at danger of being cut down beyond the point of recovery, for the production of charcoal. One Village Planet is preparing to launch a mangrove honey initiative to provide an economic alternative to the fishermen in the area.

I live and work in the area and have seen the work that One Village Planet is doing and I am impressed by their involvement in the communities they serve. I would like to donate any royalties generated from the sales of the Haiti posters in my Qoop store to help finance the construction of beehives to help promote the effort. As I add pictures to Qoop, I will expand the number of posters being offered for this cause.

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Regards,

Nick Hobgood
